If the goods are showing a 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items. You will be asked to select a delivery date when you're going through the checkout process. The goods will be delivered on this day.
Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires are delivered by a courier. You will be contacted beforehand and a convenient delivery date agreed.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a text message confirming your delivery date and a tracking link that will keep you updated of your parcel's progress.
This is an all-day ground floor doorstep service. All items must be checked for damage in front of the driver before being signed for. Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event that damage has occurred.

Does this come with the Flue as shown in the picture. We understand as this is electric it doesn’t require a flue however we would like to have one just for effect. Is it included in the price or extra?

The price of the stove does not include a decorative length of flue
We do sell vitreous enamel stove pipes so you could in theory rest one of these atop the Leckford electric stove, but there will be nowhere to attach this into the stove:

Does the electric fire come with the flue at the back

Hi Amie,
Electric stoves do not require a flue and so any flue pipe that you may see in photos will be purely decorative.
There won't really be any way to attach a rear flue to most electric stoves and rear flue outlets on gas or solid fuel appliances are usually discreet anyway, so that little of the pipe is seen

The Leckford electric stove does not require a flue and the pipe shown in the product image will be purely decorative, to mimic the effect of a real wood burner.
