How to order your stove from us
How it works
Once you have selected the stove or accessories you wish to purchase:
- click on the “Add to Basket” button and the item will be added to your "My Basket"
- You will then see the “Basket Review screen”, at this point you can decide if you wish to
- “Continue Shopping” by clicking the button
- or you can proceed to your basket and finish shopping.
- Check your order, and add any discount codes.
- Then click "Checkout and Pay Securely"
- On the next page enter your billing and delivery details. If you are shipping the goods to a different address to the one where your credit card/bank details are registered then uncheck the box saying “Deliver to this address” and then fill in the appropriate fields.
- Double check all your details: quantity, value, delivery and billing details and add any notes you need us to see.
- Once you are happy with you order; simply click on the “Make Secure Payment” button and your order will be completed
This is a secure server and all you need to do is follow the instructions on the payment page.
