Free 1 Man Delivery – For Full Details Please See Delivery Information

Our "Free Delivery" is a one-man service. The goods will arrive on a lorry that is about the size of a fire engine. (Please let us know in advance if you have restricted access or other local issues that could affect delivery).

The lorry has a tail lift that allows the driver to get the item(s) off the vehicle. The order will be packed and secured onto a pallet and the driver will have a pallet truck. He'll be able to wheel this as close as possible to your property. The pallet truck can only be wheeled over a finished surface so it's not possible to wheel it over a gravelled drive, steps, steep slopes for example. The pallets are normally about 1m wide so this is the minimum width gate they can fit through. Please note that the driver is not insured to unpack or carry the item(s) into your house.

Fitting Kits and Liner Packs might arrive separately by courier delivery on the same day unless specified/requested in advance. An email confirmation will be sent if this is the case.

If the goods are showing 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items (We do not deliver at weekends). You'll be asked to select a delivery date when purchasing the goods. Please note that if you live offshore these dates do not apply as it will take us slightly longer to get the goods to you and we will contact you directly.

Please note that it is an all-day delivery service which is generally from 9 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. Delivery Depots, if they have the facility, will text in advance but as the vans do multiple runs a day you might not receive a text until the afternoon if this service is available.

Due to current pallet network pressures mainly due to driver shortages we cannot guarantee delivery on your chosen day but will do our best to communicate this as soon as we are made aware by the carriers.

    Two Man Delivery (£75)
For Full Details Please See Delivery Information

As the name suggests with our two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your stove into the room of your choice (subject to any changes due to covid restrictions).

They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.

The two-man delivery normally takes 5-10 working days to be delivered once we receive the stock into our own warehouse, but this timescale can be dependent on where you live. We expect the lead time to extend during busier periods/later months of the year. Once the goods come into stock you will be contacted, and delivery arranged.

Please contact us directly if you wish to take advantage of our 2-man service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK ANY CONTRACTORS, PLUMBER’S, OR FITTERS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR GOODS AS UNEXPECTED DELAYS CAN OCCUR.

Hi, we are building a fake chimney breast from MDF and want to use this brick insert chamber with a flueless gas stove. Is this suitable for our purpose? Thanks
Question by: Gail McShane on 3 Jan 2023, 20:31
    Hi,

    Thank you for your enquiry.

We would not advise putting a stove inside an MDF structure. Even if you have a brick chamber there will still be heat transfer through the chamber.

    Hope this helps

Hello, does this chamber come in different dimensions or only one size?
Question by: Janessa Smith on 28 Mar 2022, 16:48
Hi Janessa, thank you for getting in touch. It comes in one size but it can be cut down to size. If you are after a bespoke size, it might be worth giving our sales team a call as they may well be able to arrange a bespoke size with the manufacturer (if the manufacturer will do this)

Our sales team can be called on 0161 516 7642 - I hope this helps?

Question by: Ian Johnson on 9 Nov 2021, 19:53
Hi Ian, thanks for getting in touch. This Rustic Brick Fireplace Chamber with Arch comes all as one - I hope this helps?

Does this come as 1 piece or 4 sections all of which are cuttable to size opening
Question by: Craig Torrance on 25 Oct 2021, 22:00
Hi Craig, thanks for getting in touch. Yes this comes in 4 pieces . It can be cut to size, however you need to be careful though when doing so and may need to re stick the bricks back on if you do damage it. I hope this helps.
Answer by: Henry Lewis on 27 Oct 2021, 08:46
Can this be used to back a normal open fireplace, ie. not fitted with a stove? Thanks
Question by: Enki on 5 Oct 2021, 13:49
Hi Enki, thank you for getting in touch. As long as you met all building requirements and distances to non combustible materials then this would be absolutely fine yes.
Answer by: Henry Lewis on 11 Oct 2021, 15:24
    Hi,
In a modern 25-yr old bungalow (no chimney), can the vermiculite backing with the brick slips be fitted behind a multi-fuel wood-burning stove and still comply with HETAS (in Scotland). Our engineer said it doesn't, but we aren't sure if he is correct or not?? Thanks.
Question by: MC on 30 Dec 2020, 22:18
Hi there. So to do this, you will need to create a fake chimney breast using steel stud work and non combustible boarding thus creating a twin wall flue system. I hope this helps and thanks for your question.
