The slide-plate flame broiler gives you the option of direct or indirect heating.

The Navigator is equipped with advanced grilling technology for peak performance. Dial in your desired temperature via the digital control board and LED display. Use the two included stainless steel meat probes to monitor internal food temperature. A pellet-to-gas damper allows for cold smoking capabilities. Open flame searing reaches up to a searing 538°C.
