Electric and practical

The Morsø Forno EL Medio is activated via electricity and easily goes from 50° to 400°, achieving clear grill lines and a good roast crust.
If the grill grate is used, some of the juice and fat will hit the grill elements, creating the smoke that gives the barbecue its great flavour and aroma.
The temperature is easily and precisely controlled on a Morsø Forno EL Medio.
Lower and upper heat
Having both lower and upper heat gives you more options to control the cooking temperature precisely, compared to a traditional grill that only operates with heating elements in the bottom of the grill.
Only bottom heat is used in direct grilling. For low and slow, use both. When baking pizzas, use both—but mostly upper heat. Use only upper heat when using the rotisserie.
Built-in timer
A timer comes in handy for almost all types of cooking;
When baking pizzas, the timer can ensure that the pizzas are baked for the same amount of time, resulting in perfect and even baking. And for dishes that require a longer cooking time, the timer is indispensable while other accessories are being prepared.
