Optimal temperature control

At the core of this smoker is Masterbuilt’s innovative GravityFedTM charcoal hopper, which effortlessly maintains precise temperatures from 82°C to 370°C. The patented FuelSaverTM body optimises charcoal usage by retaining heat and moisture. Connect to the Masterbuilt app to monitor and adjust temperature from anywhere. The digital control panel lets you dial in exact temperatures for low and slow smoking all the way up to searing heat.

Maximum cooking capacity

With 0.81 m2 of cooking space, the Gravity Series XT provides ample room for large cook-outs. The porcelain-coated interior and premium stainless steel grates allow you to smoke, grill, bake, roast, braise, and more. Three adjustable smoking racks provide additional capacity. An integrated U-shaped manifold ensures even heat distribution across the entire cooking chamber.

This smoker removes the guesswork by giving you complete control over your cook. The GravityFedTM hopper can hold over 12 lbs of charcoal for up to 24 hours of continuous use. Reach your target temp in as little as 7 minutes. Monitor internal meat temps with up to 4 food probes. When you’re finished, simply pull the shutdown lever for effortless clean-up. Other convenient features include a full grease tray, dual folding shelves, utility hooks, and a storage drawer.
