Can this be used with a multifuel stove, if so is there a minimum distance from top of stove to shelf?

Hi, thank you for your enquiry, the surround can be used with a solid fuel stove as long as there is a non combustible material inserted as slips at the sides and top which will also close the rebate up as the surround will not fit flush onto the wall on the internal opening.

Hi Liz, apologies for the delay in reply - I have been awaiting the supplier's response, which is this:
"54” contemporary Nat oak beam Measurements are as follows.
Length 1372mm
Height/ depth 100mm
Depth front to back 153mm
Beam as keyhole fixings on the rear. These are set in at either side at 180mm and fixing hole is 50mm down from top of beam."
