  • Liner Pack & Stove Kits
Direct Stoves - Stove Fitting Kits*
What's included in the fitting kit
    • 1. Black stove pipe.
    • 2. A registration plate is used to seal the chimney opening off from the room preventing dust, soot, dirt and debris falling down the chimney. It also helps to prevent a draft coming down the chimney. We supply a standard 800mm x 400mm galvanised steel register plate with all our stoves. You will simply need to cut the plate to size to fit into your chimney opening.
    • 3. We also provide you with a single stove glove that you can use for stoking the fire and adding wood without the risk of personal injury.

*Only available for wood, multifuel and gas stoves. Excluded for the following which do not need these items: inset stoves, electric stoves, flueless and balanced flue gas stoves and outdoor & garden products.

    Optional Extras.
    Carbon Monoxide Detector:

Due to an update to Building Regulations it is now law to have a Carbon Monoxide alarm present in any room with a solid fuel appliance:- The Building Regulations 2000 Approved Document J (2010 Edition) '2.34 Where a new or replacement fixed solid fuel appliance is installed in the dwelling, a carbon monoxide alarm should be provided in the room where the appliance is located.'

    Flue Liner Packs:
The flue liner pack consists of; a flue adaptor, which connects the stove pipe to the flexible flue liner, Dura Flue flexible flue liner (this will have a relevant diameter to the outlet size of the stove and 316 Grade) cut to the required length and a pot hanger rain cap, this supports the flue liner from the top of the chimney and also acts as a bird guard and rain cap.

    Stove Pipe with Door:
A stove pipe with door or access point, allows the chimney to be swept through the pipe itself.

  • Delivery Info

Free 1 Man Delivery – For Full Details Please See Delivery Information

Our "Free Delivery" is a one-man service. The goods will arrive on a lorry that is about the size of a fire engine. (Please let us know in advance if you have restricted access or other local issues that could affect delivery).

The lorry has a tail lift that allows the driver to get the item(s) off the vehicle. The order will be packed and secured onto a pallet and the driver will have a pallet truck. He'll be able to wheel this as close as possible to your property. The pallet truck can only be wheeled over a finished surface so it's not possible to wheel it over a gravelled drive, steps, steep slopes for example. The pallets are normally about 1m wide so this is the minimum width gate they can fit through. Please note that the driver is not insured to unpack or carry the item(s) into your house.

Fitting Kits and Liner Packs might arrive separately by courier delivery on the same day unless specified/requested in advance. An email confirmation will be sent if this is the case.

If the goods are showing 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items (We do not deliver at weekends). You'll be asked to select a delivery date when purchasing the goods. Please note that if you live offshore these dates do not apply as it will take us slightly longer to get the goods to you and we will contact you directly.

Please note that it is an all-day delivery service which is generally from 9 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. Delivery Depots, if they have the facility, will text in advance but as the vans do multiple runs a day you might not receive a text until the afternoon if this service is available.

Due to current pallet network pressures mainly due to driver shortages we cannot guarantee delivery on your chosen day but will do our best to communicate this as soon as we are made aware by the carriers.

Two Man Delivery (£75 now £30)
For Full Details Please See Delivery Information

As the name suggests with our two-man delivery service the goods will be delivered by two men. They will carry your stove into the room of your choice (subject to any changes due to covid restrictions).

They will normally carry it up 1 flight of stairs (if it's safe to do so) but this is at their discretion so if you have a 3rd floor flat, please inform us beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.

The two-man delivery normally takes 5-10 working days to be delivered once we receive the stock into our own warehouse, but this timescale can be dependent on where you live. We expect the lead time to extend during busier periods/later months of the year. Once the goods come into stock you will be contacted, and delivery arranged.

Please contact us directly if you wish to take advantage of our 2-man service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK ANY CONTRACTORS, PLUMBER’S, OR FITTERS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR GOODS AS UNEXPECTED DELAYS CAN OCCUR.

  • FAQs
Is this double skinned? Suitable for middle of a room. It’s for our annex which is timber constructed.

    Thanks
Question by: Richard Pool on 19 Oct 2025, 08:02
    Hi Richard,

Is the question relating to whether the stove has convector plates or similar, allowing lower distances from combustibles?

The stove does not include side plates and the clearances are listed at Distance to Combustibles - Sides: 500mm or Distance to Combustibles - Rear: 370mm

You can have this installed in the middle of a room providing that this is situated upon a suitable hearth, with suitable clearances all around the stove, and that the installer can run a twin wall flue system from the stove upwards:

You are welcome to email some internal and external images of your property to [email protected] if you need advice in designing a flue system

Hi what distance I required to non combustable sides my fire place is 700mm wide is this ok?
Question by: Ben on 14 Jun 2025, 14:16
    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for your query.

The C-Four stove is 416mm wide and the manufacturer recommends an 150mm air gap either side of the stove for heat circulation and access (this isn't a legal requirement but rather best practice).

With a 700mm chamber, the air gap would be slightly narrower than recommended but still gives you approx. 142mm either side of the stove, so this shouldn't be a problem.

Please feel free to contact our Sales team via 0161 376 4191 or [email protected] if you have any other questions
