Benefiting from Electriflame VR real flame sophistication including the latest patented Flame Projection Technology, Celsi is now taking Electric Stoves to the next level in both functionality and aesthetics.

Question by: maureen collins on 11 Nov 2021, 10:26
Hi Maureen , in terms of safety yes this will be fine as this is an electric stove and can pretty much be placed anywhere within reason.

It weighs about 40kg. In terms of it's size It will fit your opening too. I hope this helps and thanks for getting in touch.

Hi. Can the stove be used free standing in a laminate floor, or does it need some form of hearth protection? Thank you.
Question by: Steve Pollard on 23 Aug 2021, 20:47
Hi Steve, thank you for getting in touch. In the user manual under "Choosing a suitable location" the text reads:

"The stove must have a minimum clearance of 50mm to combustible material on all sides. A clearance of minimum 50mm to non-combustible materials is also required to ensure correct operation. For combustible material clearances please consult with the manufacturer.

This appliance is for indoor installation only and is not designed to be installed outside. The appliance must be kept away from any source of damp or moist conditions. Avoid any close contact with water." There is no mention about putting it on a hearth or the need for one, so this should be ok however it may be worth placing it on non combustible material just to be completely sure. I hope this helps?

Can you use a dummy flue pipe and spigot with this fire? Thanks
Question by: Lauren on 6 Jul 2021, 12:33
Hi Lauren, thank you for getting in touch. So, the only thing I would say about this is that there is no where to attach a flue pipe on this model, so that would be an issue in terms of getting the dummy flue pipe to stay in position? Technically though there is nothing wrong with using one if you wanted.

Which logs are being used on the image? Would it be possible to see images with the other logs burnt for comparison? Thanks
Question by: Liam Burns on 5 Mar 2021, 09:23
Hi Liam, in the main image you can see the Silver Birch logs which come as standard. The 3rd image down on the left hand side shows the woodland logs, which are an optional extra. I hope this helps and thanks very much for your question.

Delivery Info

Free 1 Man Delivery – For Full Details Please See Delivery Information

Our "Free Delivery" is a one-man service. The goods will arrive on a lorry that is about the size of a fire engine. (Please let us know in advance if you have restricted access or other local issues that could affect delivery).

The lorry has a tail lift that allows the driver to get the item(s) off the vehicle. The order will be packed and secured onto a pallet and the driver will have a pallet truck. He'll be able to wheel this as close as possible to your property. The pallet truck can only be wheeled over a finished surface so it's not possible to wheel it over a gravelled drive, steps, steep slopes for example. The pallets are normally about 1m wide so this is the minimum width gate they can fit through. Please note that the driver is not insured to unpack or carry the item(s) into your house.

Fitting Kits and Liner Packs might arrive separately by courier delivery on the same day unless specified/requested in advance. An email confirmation will be sent if this is the case.

If the goods are showing 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items (We do not deliver at weekends). You'll be asked to select a delivery date when purchasing the goods. Please note that if you live offshore these dates do not apply as it will take us slightly longer to get the goods to you and we will contact you directly.

Please note that it is an all-day delivery service which is generally from 9 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. Delivery Depots, if they have the facility, will text in advance but as the vans do multiple runs a day you might not receive a text until the afternoon if this service is available.

Due to current pallet network pressures mainly due to driver shortages we cannot guarantee delivery on your chosen day but will do our best to communicate this as soon as we are made aware by the carriers.
