    Hi there Frank, thanks for getting in touch.

    The User Manual reads: "WARNING! Do not operate the appliance if it is damaged or has malfunctioned. If you
    suspect the appliance is damaged or has malfunctioned call a qualified service
    engineer to inspect the appliance, and replace any part of the electrical system if
    necessary, before reuse."

    As the bulb is built into the fire, you would need to ring the manufacturers or a qualified tradesperson to do this job.

    Hi Carol, it does have a fan yes as it is an electric stove, however the noise is not hugely audible, but like any fan there will be some noise. I hope this helps.
