Does this cowl block all rain from the chimney? What is the largest external diameter pot it will fit, and does it come with a jubilee clip for fixing?, Thanks

Hi Andrew, thanks for getting in touch. I've got in touch with the supplier on this, and they have said:
"It’s a Anti down draft cowl and yes the idea is it stops the down draft, rain and birds from getting in to the chimney. It fits a standard pot 10” in diameter but if you want the exact measurements let me know."
