A register plate is used at the bottom of your chimney to close off the opening to the chimney, and must be sealed so it is gas tight. This register plate has a pre cut hole in for the flue pipe to pass though, it also has an access hatch in allowing you to gain easy access to the chimney for cleaning.
If the goods are showing a 48hr delivery, then this is the quickest time we're able to deliver these items. You will be asked to select a delivery date when you're going through the checkout process. The goods will be delivered on this day.
Smaller items such as inset gas fires and electric fires are delivered by a courier. You will be contacted beforehand and a convenient delivery date agreed.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a text message confirming your delivery date and a tracking link that will keep you updated of your parcel's progress.

Hi,
Looking to purchase the 800mm x 400mm register plate with inspection hatch and pre cut hole, I’m wanting it with the hole to suit 125mm (5”)pipe, does it come with two different sized hole cut plates or do I need to specify which hole size I require upon ordering?

Hi Dave,
This register plate is convertible so you don't need to specify a size on ordering. It comes with a pre-attached plate with a 5” hole. When this is taken off, there is a 6” hole underneath
