Hi, can I fit this to plasterboard? I've had a fake chimney built and many wooden ones can only be fitted to a solid wall? Thanks

Hi Hannah, I have had this answer from the supplier:
"The beams can be fitted on to plaster board in a false chimney scenario, but choosing the correct fixings will be the key. As like anything when installed onto a false wall the plaster board fixings must be robust and sufficient to take the weight of the material. Typically in most cases the plaster board will have reinforcement behind, this is usually built in at the design stage. "
