How do I remove the baffle plate for cleaning? Every time I try it gets caught up on the side fire bricks or the front fire bar.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for your question.
Removing the baffle plate on a Tiger Cleanburn. I've asked a couple of owners and stove fitters about it for you and the best advice is:
Remove the fuel retainer or front firebar (Part number 11)
Lift and slide out the side fire bricks (Part Number 27)
Angle the Baffle or throat plate (Part Number 9) and slide out of the stove.
I'll send you a copy of the stove instructions with these parts shown.
Hope this helps?
Kind regards,
