Hello, I am interested in the Helios 5 multi-fuel stove and need to use the rear flue-outlet. Looking at the included liner pack & stove kit, it has an option for "sweeping access". Can you explain what this is please? Do I need to buy a 90 degree bend (the angle I need to get the flue up the chimney) as well? Many thanks.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for your question.
The flue pipe with sweeping access has an opening section in it to allow your chimney sweep access to the flue to clean it.
If you are rear flue-ing your stove we would suggest a "T-piece with access" off the back of the stove and selecting the standard free fluepipe and register plate option on the stove options.
Here is the T-piece, you would need to select the 5-inch option for the Helios stove https://www.directstoves.com/matt-black-t-piece-with-end-cap.html
If you are unsure about any aspect of your stove installation, ask your HETAS installer to survey your home and give you a shopping list, you can find a HETAS installer here: https://www.hetas.co.uk/find-installer/
Hope this helps?
Kind regards,
