Precise temperature control for perfect results

The DigitalFan™ technology allows you to digitally control cooking temperatures between 110°C up to 370°C. Set your desired temperature, and the DigitalFan™ maintains it by automatically adjusting airflow. This level of precision allows you to achieve the ideal temperature for smoking tender and juicy ribs low and slow, or getting a perfect sear on steaks at high heat. The built-in thermometer and wireless meat probe help monitor the internal temperature of food, so your results are perfect every time.

Versatile and convenient charcoal grill

Despite running on charcoal, the Gravity Series 1050 offers the convenience of gas grills. The GravityFed™ hopper holds up to 8 hours of charcoal, automatically feeding a constant supply of fuel to the firebox so you don’t have to manually add more. This grill reaches 110°C in just 10 minutes and 370°C in only 15 minutes, significantly faster than traditional charcoal grills. The 322 square inches of cooking surface across the reversible cast iron smoke and sear grates provides ample room to cook multiple items at once. The foldable front and side shelves offer prep space, while the back cord storage keeps the power supply safely out of the way.
