What size stove?
When choosing a stove the first thing to consider is what heat output you require. To work this out you need to calculate the size of the room that the stove will be heating. To calculate the cubic area of a room times the width – height – length (in metres) and divide this figure by 15. This will give you a rough guide to the heat output you will require. If any of the following apply round the KW up: The room is poorly insulated There is no double glazing The ceiling is very high or vaulted.
