Hi just to let you know, I bought a gas stove, flue pipe and 90 degree bend on line on Thursday after a phone discussion with your sales team to assess my needs. I had a conformation email also a telephone call to confirm my order and advise me of the delivery date. Saturday morning I revived a phone call informing me the fire would be delivered on Monday between 7 and 9am ,7 30pm the fire arrived all palleted a wrapped well . I think your company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, you communication has been outstanding. Your service and advice excellent, I would have no hesitation in giving you a full recommendation, I am in business myself and have been for 29 years, and I was that impressed I had to let you know.
