Installing a stove with Flexible Flue Liner
This is the must common and most favourable type of installation. Flexible flue liner not only helps to prevent you experiencing any problems with your chimney it also helps you to get the most out of your stove in terms of efficiency and makes sure that your stove draws properly.
To fit a stove into an existing chimney that you want to line you will need the following:
1 – Stove
2 – Vitreous Enamel Flue Pipe
3 – Register Plate or Fireproof Board
4 – Rigid to Flexible Flue Liner Adaptor
5 – Flexible Flue Liner (length depends on your chimney)
6 – Pot Hanger + Rain Cap (This allows you to hang the liner from the chimney pot and also acts as a cowl)
This guide is only designed to give you a guide to installing a stove and flue system. It is not recommend that you attempt this on your own and always consult a professional HETAS installer.
